"Dashi pack" made with only 6 kinds of carefully selected Japanese vegetables (shiitake mushrooms (produced in Fukuoka), cabbage (produced in Fukuoka), carrots, onions, daikon radishes, and burdock root).
The whole shiitake stem, core, skin, etc., which are usually discarded, are used, and it is made from a sustainable approach that is friendly to the producer and the environment. No salt, seasonings, or preservatives are used, so it is recommended for vegans and baby food for babies.
You can use the contents of the dashi pack as it is, such as miso soup and hot pot dishes, as well as tamagoyaki and pot-au-feu.

“Yasaidakeno Yasashii Umami Dashi” is a product that uses 6 kinds of carefully selected Japanese vegetables (Shitake (Fukuoka Prefecture), Cabbage (Fukuoka Prefecture), Carrot, Onion, Daikon, Gobo).
We also use the entire stem of the discarded shiitake mushrooms, the core of vegetables, and the skin of vegetables.
Also, since it does not use salt, seasonings or preservatives, it is recommended for vegans and baby food.It goes well with Japanese dishes such as miso soup and hot pot dishes, as well as dishes such as potov and curry.
