Seedling Yuzu Crystal Candy

We used "Seedling Yuzu" from the Minoh-Todoromi area. Unlike ordinary grafted yuzu, the yuzu is grown from a seed and finally bears fruit 18 years later. The whole yuzu is processed into a whole food using a special process, and the "Seed Yuzu Powder" is used to trap it in the clear candy.
